The location is excellent, just a short walk to the best restaurants. The spacious room was impeccably clean, and the comfortable bed. Breakfast featured scrambled eggs and hot toast, perfect for fueling a day of hiking. The packed lunches were thoughtfully prepared, with lightweight snacks and a refreshing apple. A few inconveniences included limited dining options on-site and some noise from neighboring areas.

nice and spacious rooms upstairs, small shared kitchen, limited breakfast offerings
Downstairs rooms too small with no view!!! Maintenance could use some attention as water drainage in washbasins is poor!!! A deposit requirement of 50,000 pesos feels unnecessary!!! Internet connection is limited across the hotel!!!

simple place but excellent service
The cleanliness of the fresh bedsheets and towels made for a comfortable environment. The staff were accommodating, especially in regard to my special dietary needs, offering gluten-free options that exceeded my expectations. I particularly enjoyed the view of Fitz Roy peak from the common balcony.
The female receptionist could come off as a bit stand off-ish at times.

The common area of the hotel was in a great location, really close to the hiking trails and right in the center of town. It was a perfect spot to relax and plan out my day. the room had clean and fresh bedsheets, and the towels provided were also clean and comfortable.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, as I found some hairs and the shower drain was clogged.
